First time I’ve used this garage , from start to finish Karen made me feel like a valued customer. When on the phone there was no mention of the fact it was a Friday afternoon , instead I was asked if I could bring my car over they would then fit me in , take a look at it and fix it if possible. Can’t fault Adams and Sons at all, had a few teething issues with my Astra but they were all quickly sorted with lots of apologies (even though it wasn’t their fault!)
